The Result: The development was completed in early 2004 and featured in a Channel 4 property programme.

Property Development
We’ve built up a solid network of trusted contractors since the launch of Batten Property Development in 2002. Batten is a National House-Building Council (NHBC) registered builder and all our new builds are guaranteed for 10 years.
