Arora Group Holdings – Renaissance Hotel, Heathrow Airport Car Park & Roadway
We were instructed by Arora Group Holdings, owners of the Renaissance Hotel at Heathrow Airport and a longstanding client of over 20 years, to carry out major resurfacing and improvement works to a substantial car park and roadway network.
The scope of works included:
- Bulk excavation of the existing surfaces
- Installation of kerbing throughout the site
- Laying and compacting new sub-base materials
- Installation of new automated barrier systems
- Machine lay of 25,000 m* of tarmacadam
- Full line marking throughout to designated specifications
